• Punctuality Matters: We value everyone’s time. Please aim to be on time for your scheduled appointment so we can provide our quality service without inconvenience to anyone’s schedule.

• Clear Out Your Ride: For your safety and to protect your valuables, please remove all personal items (documents, high-value items, clothing, trash, etc.) from your vehicle prior to our arrival. First Class Detail Pros is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside.

• Child Seats & Safety: Please remove all child car seats. Our Detail Techs will not reinstall them for safety reasons, but we’ll lay them down for you to safely and properly secure.

• Give Us Room to Shine: Please ensure your vehicle is parked with ample space around it. This helps us avoid overspray or debris from your detail service on other vehicles in the area.

• Pet Comfort & Safety: For the safety of our technicians, please ensure all pets are secured before we arrive. If your furry friends are frequent travelers and leave hair behind, please remember to add our “Pet Hair Removal” service.

• Leather Love: We highly recommend our Leather Deep Clean & Conditioning Service for vehicles with leather seats. While a quick wipe is included, truly clean leather makes a newly detailed interior pop!

• Biohazard Disclaimer While we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality detailing and cleaning services, we do not offer biohazard cleanup. This includes the cleaning or removal of bodily fluids such as vomit, blood, urine, feces, or other hazardous materials. Our team focuses on safe, professional, and standard detailing work. • Deeper Cleans May Require More Time & Vary in Price: While we work efficiently, vehicles requiring more intensive cleaning (e.g., heavily soiled interiors, significant staining) may require additional time to achieve our “First Class” standard, and price may vary accordingly. We’ll always communicate with you regarding expectations.
